Maemo SDK Virtual Image

This project provides virtual images properly configured for Maemo applications development. It can also be used by other environments which need a programming environment for Maemo development.

Maemo SDK Virtual Images includes Ubuntu, Scratchbox, Maemo rootstraps, ESbox and more programming tools.

Installers for VirtualBox Machine Configuration

In order to run virtual machines on VirtualBox, you need to create them. VirtualBox does not provide a portable mechanism to save virtual machine configurations as VMWare .vmx files. Maemo SDK VM project provides installers that configures your Maemo SDK VM properly on VirtualBox (available for Linux, Windows and Mac OS). It adds your image on VirtualBox and also configures network settings.

The following installers have to be used for VirtualBox 2.1.X. There is no guarantee to work on newer versions.

  NOTE: you need to install dialog package before using the installer.
